Have you recently heard of laugher yoga? Also known as laugh clubs, this term may have definitely piqued your interest…especially if you like to laugh and enjoy a good time. It is always said that laughter is the best medicine and laughter yoga is no exception. Essentially, this practice uses laughter as a form of exercise. If you have ever laughed so hard that your abdominal muscles hurt, you have already had an experience with laugh clubs, even if you didn’t realize it. Exercise is only a part of what these clubs can bring, however. Just like yoga, these clubs are a full mind, body and soul experience.
